Who we Are
The Eldridge church of Christ is a non-denominational body of baptized believers who simply possess a desire to please God in all areas of our life (Colossians 3:17).
As members of the body of Christ, we are an imperfect group of people who possess a confident hope of eternal life in heaven. This hope does not result from our ability to live mistake free lives. It is based upon a relationship with Jesus Christ (God's Son) and the access to His blood, which cleanses us from our sins. God has lovingly demonstrated His mercy toward us in the sacrifice of Christ; we in turn devote our lives to His cause.
The stories of God's grace as well as His requirements for all who seek to follow Christ are stated in the Bible. Our belief in the Bible as God's word is foundational to our belief system.
By assembling regularly for the purpose of worship, Bible study, and fellowship, we seek to demonstrate our appreciation to God. God loves us, and we show our love for other people by the sharing of the gospel and assisting those who are in need.
As we serve God and the people in our community, we want to encourage you to become part of the Eldridge church of Christ, and to enjoy the confident hope of eternal life.
